  • Installation of 700 tons of steelwork in an existing workshop and during production.
  • Installation of fences and electrical security along the conveying system to limit access to the conveyors for security reasons.
  • Conveying speed of 36 m/min.
  • Modular band with slow and safe speed (4,5 m/min) for the area of manual operations.
  • Fast rollerbeds at 70 m/min with extensible rollers for robot cells where the PVC is applied.

Transversal shuttle with eccentric rollerbed for bodywork extraction.

  • Body management based on proximity sensors and preset model labels onboard the skid.

Installation of bodywork conveyors in the Paintshop for the application of pretreatment and electrophoretic deposition (EPD), excluding paint cabins and drying cabinet, with the following characteristics:

  • Installation of 2.100 tons of steelwork and 8.000 sq platforms in a new workshop.
  • Conveying speed of 24 m/min.
  • Loads to carry: Skid + bodywork (maximum of 1500kg)
  • 9 two-column lifts, 2 four-column lifts 30m high (24m stroke)
  • 254 rollerbeds of five rollers (215 in dry zone and 39 in wet areas – finishing in stainless steel), 50 one-roller rollerbeds.
  • 180 Skids KTL.
  • 5 Workstations equipped with scissor lift tables and wood walkways
  • 29 Modular bands in dry zone and further 6 modular bands in wet areas (stainless steel)
  • 60 eccentric elevating tables with roller  conveyor, 11 of which in wet areas (stainless steel), 16 eccentric elevating tables
  • 7 transfer trolleys, 4 rotary tables, 8 tilting tables, 4 Skid stacker/ destacker, Skid locking/unlocking station, 2 cleaning stations, 2 tilting stations, Skid lubricating station, 2 handover points.
  • Installation of fences and electrical security along the conveying system to limit access to the conveyors for security reasons: 850 meter of fences, 30 door with electrical safety lock, 60 meter of polycarbonate fence, 17 roll doors.
